On Site Calibration

Oakrange has provided a professional onsite Calibration service to the automotive industry since 1989. We have always prided ourselves on the high standard of calibration testing carried out, this ensures that our customers pass there dealer standard audits first time every time.

Calibration is an integral part of Health and Safety. The minimum requirement for each site is the calibration of torque wrenches and tyre inflators. It is these two items that can ultimately affect a customer’s vehicle safety if the hand tool is not regularly tested and accurate.

Our on site calibration service includes:

• Assessment of your system requirements – ISO9001: 2008 and Dealer group standards.
• Calibration of tools and equipment, to procedures based British Standards requirements.
• Completion of your calibration file with individual certification on the day of testing.
• Provision of our test equipment calibration certificates traceable to national standards.
• Copies of our registration certificates to ISO9001: 2008.
• Adjustments and repairs are carried out on site.
• All certificates are upload to our online portal which is accesable to you 24hrs a day.

Our engineer on each visit will update your system and work along side each Service Manager to make sure all the required tools are calibrated. All our engineers are fully trained and qualified, and certificates of their training are provided at each visit.

All makes of equipment are calibrated including oil dispensers, floor bays, wheel alignment and wheel balancing equipment.

Our on site calibration service is audited every year under ISO 9001 quality standards By TUV independent quality auditors.

We can also provide you with the calibrated equipment you require, visit
our trade store and browse our calibrated tools.
